Refund Policy

If DigBid AI isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund that payment — no explanation needed.

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is stored but not charged until the trial ends, so cancelling before then costs you nothing and needs no refund.

Refunds are handled by us and paid back to your card via Paystack. Request one at info@digndecker.co.za using the email address on your order, or email us at info@digndecker.co.za and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel at any time from Plans & Billing in the app. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

Payments are processed by Paystack on our behalf. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African law. If any part of this policy conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.
